Jacob (Jake) Zachary Brown, 30
June 14, 2022 Carmichael, CA
Jake entered into this world at Kaiser Hospital in Sacramento, CA on June 29th, 1991. He was born to his loving mother Susan Brown and father Randy Brown.
Growing up in Rocklin, CA Jake attended Parker Whitney Elementary, Springview Middle School, and graduated from Whitney High School in 2010. While attending Springview Middle School Jake excelled in Wrestling, Cross Country, and Track & Field; where he competed in the High Jump, 100m Relay, and 400m Relay. Jake went on to spend his high school sports career playing for Whitney High Schoolâs JV and Varsity Soccer team, being the last of Whitneyâs very first Varsity team to graduate. Jake later went on to attend Sierra College where he studied an array of subjects, all based in public service.
Outside of school sports, Jake found joy and made friends while playing for numerous Tri-City baseball rec teams. He also spent his time playing rec soccer and later joined a competitive traveling soccer team. As an adult Jake found a passion for spending days out on the disc golf course with his friends; he even considered competing.
Jake worked at many jobs he thoroughly enjoyed over the years from managing at Blue Oaks movie theater, Walgreens, and serving at several restaurants. In 2020 Jake found what he believed to be a career path working for the tax division with Californiaâs EDD.
Jake always wore his heart on his sleeve, he loved to make others laugh, always had a smile and a kind word for everyone he met. He loved his family and his friends with his very being and so unconditionally, more than any of you could even imagine.
Over the last few months Jake was making plans for a probable move, starting a family, putting in for a promotion and spending time with loved ones, especially his nieces and nephews.
Jake leaves behind his Mother Susan Brown, Father Randy Brown, Stepmother Cindy, Brother David Shank, Sister Moriah Farmer, Brother-in-Law Landon Farmer; Grandmother June McConnell, Aunts Yvonne Nelson, Kristie McConnell, Kathie McConnell, Uncle Keith McConnell & Aunt Deanna, Uncle and Godfather Jeff Brown, WSM Leslie Cannon, Sister-in-Laws Julia Shank and Stacie Deruelle.
