Inez Beatrice Culwell

Inez Beatrice Culwell, age 94, passed away peacefully at her home on December 30, 2025, with her loving daughters by her side. Born on February 24, 1931, Inez lived a life rooted in devotion to family, quiet strength, and enduring love.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jon Calvin Culwell; her parents, Peter and Elsie Valladon; her brothers, Frank and Peter Valladon; her sisters, Loretta Calhoun and Patricia Dolly; her great-granddaughter, Avalon Louise Vonderheid; and her sons-in-law, Richard Parodi and James Henslee.

Inez is survived by her devoted daughters: Charmayne Henslee, Janine Vancho, Jona Adkins (Jeffrey), Cheryl Gothard (Mark), and Gina Parodi; her sister, Janice Woodworth (Scott); and many loving nieces and nephews.

She was a proud grandmother to Jason, Christopher, Adam, Justin, Jenna, Jacob, Jareth, Amanda, Sarah, and Alyssa, and was blessed with several beautiful great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy.

Inez will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her gentle spirit, and the lasting legacy of love she leaves behind through generations who were fortunate to know her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Sheldon Inn – Velvet Martini, 9000 Grantline Road, Elk Grove, California.
