In Loving Memory of Gloria Eva Williams

Gloria Eva Williams passed away on July 18,2026, at the age of 95.
She was born on September 10, 1930, in Riceville, Iowa, to Ted and Perna Humphrey
Gloria graduated from Milwaukie Union High School and later attended Oregon State College before marrying David A. Williams on June 24, 1951. Together, they shared more than 70 years of marriage.
Gloria worked for the San Juan Unified School District and retired from Del Campo High School after 22 years of service in various positions.
Gloria loved to travel. Her husband and her flew around the country in their 4 seater Cessna airplane. In her later years she was an avid reader and did needlepoint.
Family meant everything to Gloria. She was happiest when surrounded by those she loved. She loved family gatherings and treasured every opportunity to spend time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Gloria was the heart and soul of her family.
She is survived by her son, Ted Williams (Lorna Williams), her son, David Williams Jr., and her daughter, Lori Lavenduskey (Dave Lavenduskey). She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Mandy Lavenduskey, Jared Williams (Cory Williams), Jenna Williams, and Cara Hoberman (Aaron Hoberman), and her great-grandchildren, Sophia Williams, Alayna Williams, and Ari Hoberman.
Gloria was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David A. Williams Sr.; her grandson, Teddy Williams; and her great-grandson Judah Hoberman.
Her love, kindness, and devotion to her family will never be forgotten.
