Felix Alton Norton Jr.

Felix Alton Norton Jr, 89, better known as “Tex”. Born in Mineola, Texas, June 2, 1936, passed on May 25, 2026 at his home in Orangevale, CA. Survived by his son, Mike Norton, daughter-in-law Sue Norton, Grandkids, Nicole Kilpatrick (Jason), Amanda Pudge (Tyler),and Kyle Norton (Carolyn). Tex was also ‘Poppy’ to 5 Great-Grand kids, Ava, Addison, Kaiden, Kennedy & Cruz.

Tex served 22 years in the United States Air Force and 19 years for the state of California. Tex was an avid bowler and loved to play any card games.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret A. Norton (Judy), his loving parents, Felix Norton Sr, Edith Norton, and his 3 sisters, Betty Harmon, Vera Harmon, Edith Cox.

Tex will be missed by his family and friends that loved him so much.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, at East Lawn on Greenback Lane at 11:00AM.
