Eutha Lea Vincent, a woman whose life was defined by an open door and a boundless heart, passed away peacefully in Roseville, CA at the age of 98.
Born on June 30, 1927, in Southwest City, Missouri, Eutha was the cherished daughter of Clarence Drake and Anna May Ash. She grew up with the resilient spirit of her Missouri roots; a quality she carried with her throughout her long and beautiful life.
In 1946, Eutha married Thomas Frye. Together, they built a life and a family spanning Missouri and California, welcoming three children into the world. Following Thomas’s passing, Eutha eventually found love again with Jesse Vincent. The two were married in 1972, beginning a new chapter of companionship and shared joy that lasted until her passing.
Eutha’s true passion was her family. She was the cornerstone of every holiday, hosting Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter with a grace that made everyone feel cherished and welcome. Her home was more than just a house; it was a sanctuary where her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren knew they were always welcome. Whether you arrived for a planned holiday or a last-minute visit, Eutha met you with a big hug, food on the table and a room to sleep in.
Eutha’s legacy lives on through the family she nurtured so deeply. She is survived by:
Her Husband: Jesse Vincent
Her Children: Andra, Michael, and Tamara.
Her Grandchildren: Jarrod, Michelle, Andrew, Erica and Geoffrey.
Her Great-Grandchildren: Austin, Noah, Colbie, Emma, Mattie, and Shane
