Eunice Wong (Cheung Siu Yen) was born on April 2, 1925. She was married to Kenneth Wong and raised their 3 children, Cynthia, Tim and Nuland. They lived in Fargo, North Dakota for 16 years and then moved to Sacramento, California.

      Eunice enjoyed gardening, sewing and later developed a passion for playing mahjong. After Kenneth retired, they traveled to Vancouver several times and vacationed with family at Disneyland and in Hawaii.

      Eunice loved spending time with her 7 grandchildren (Vicky Vicente, Rebecca Fung, Jennifer Fung, Carolyn Lau, Jon Fung, Matt Fung and Chris Wong) and her 10 great grandchildren (Taylor Vicente, Paige Vicente, Charlotte Cooper, Alex Cooper, Emily Ekstrand, Ellie Ekstrand, Lauren Lau, Elizabeth Fung, Audrey Fung, and Aiden Wong).

     Eunice passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by family members on February 24, 2026.
