Edwin Valera Barcena was born on 23 August 1956 in Barrio Tangadan, municipality of San Quintin, province of Abra in northern Philippines. He passed away peacefully at home after a day spent with his family -- his granddaughter, his wife, and his daughter.
Friends and family are welcome to attend both visitation and funeral services on December 4, 2021 starting at 1 pm. Services will be livestreamed at 1:30 pm.
