Donald Lee Richter passed from this world to the next on October 6th, at the age of 86. He was an employee of Sacramento County for over 20 years. His favorite hobbies included duck hunting and watching baseball. A loving father and grandfather, he is survived by his children, Kristi (Dave), Karin (Marilyn) and Brian (Samantha), as well as grandchildren Jaclyn (Jeff), Julia, Kyle, Nicholas (Samantha), Abigail, Aubrianna, and Callahn, and great-grandchildren Madalyn, Lexie, Hadley, Francesca and Evangeline.
