Diana Maria (Miller) Wolff, age 59 passed away in Sacramento, California on June 24, 2025 and went to her eternal home. In November 2023, Diana was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. She fought bravely and valiantly in her battle with cancer.
Diana was born on February 6, 1966 in Carmichael, California to James “Jim” and Patricia “Pat” Skinner Miller.
Diana graduated as salutatorian from El Camino High School in 1984. She played flute in the high school jazz band and was a member of the Golden Key Club and National Honors Society. Diana then attended Sacramento State where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (Pre-Physical Therapy) in 1989 and from the University of San Francisco with a master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1992.
Diana worked as a Physical Therapist for over 30 years. She started her career at UC Davis Medical Center but spent most of her time at Methodist Hospital in Sacramento. She worked primarily with skilled nursing facility patients, but also worked in Outpatient and Inpatient Physical Therapy. She received numerous Mercy Touch awards for her patient care. Her patients and co-workers were moved by Diana’s love and compassion.
Diana married Randolph (Randy) Wolff on October 10, 1992. Daughter Rachel was born in 1998 and Sarah in 2001. Many special memories were created and the wonderful family times will always be cherished.
Diana accepted Jesus in her life in 1982 and had a deep-rooted faith in Jesus. Diana was a long time member at Arcade Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher, and Creekside Christian Church where she was involved in the AWANA ministry.
She is survived by her mother Pat, brother Daniel, husband Randy, and daughters Rachel and Sarah, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews who adored her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her brother David James (1955-2017), sisters Donna Jean (1959-1959) and Denese Ann (1960-1960), and father James Edward (1928-2009).
The celebration of life to honor Diana will be held on July 17, 2025 at Creekside Christian Church in Elk Grove at 10:00 AM.
