David Anthony Bocci

David Anthony Bocci, 34, passed away on September 23, 2021 unexpectedly at the Hospital. Even though this unexpected event took him away from those who loved him, his loving heart and giving spirit touched the lives of all who knew him. David was passionate all throughout his life in writing, music and sports, of which he began early age thru high school; his ability to consistently see and nurture the good in others was reflected in the strength of his relationships and all of those who deeply loved him, including his family and friends. Having recently become a father, David excelled in his new role and embraced it whole heartedly.
David is survived by his parents Laurie and Donald Bocci; his daughter, Bambi Rae Amaya-Bocci; his grandfather, Manuel “Mannie” Lucido; his sisters Dominique Rodriguez and Rose Bocci; his Brother in Law Erick Rodriguez and niece Rhyli Rodriguez; his Uncle Andrew Lucido; his fiancé Angela Vela and her son Ché Broaddus. David was deeply loved by everyone around him and was a constant source of joy, light and goodness.
David’s celebration of life will take place on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Creekside Christian Church, located at 8939 E. Stockton Blvd., at 1:00 p.m. This celebration of his life will be attended by close family and friends only.
