Daniel "Danny" Michael Nebel

Daniel "Danny" Michael Nebel, passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2023, in Carmichael, CA. Born, December 14, 1957, Danny was 65 years old. Our family is deeply saddened by his sudden loss. 

He is survived by his two sons, Danny Jr. and Jason, and his siblings Roger, Susie, Sandy, and Paula. He was predeceased by his father Charlie, his mother Shirley and his son Christopher. 

Danny was a kind and humble man, who had a love for family,  the Dallas Cowboys and the casino. One of his favorite places was Thunder Valley, there you could find him playing his favorite slots. He was a loving and caring father who had a private relationship with his children. 

Danny had a special relationship with each of his siblings. He and his brother Roger enjoyed talking about life and banter about who's favorite football team was going to make it all the way. Danny's sister Susie was his best friend. He was her gambling partner, the keeper of all her secrets and enjoyed spending countless hours each day with her. Danny's relationship with his sister Sandy was a loving one, even though they were not in contact every day, they always picked up where they left off, and cared deeply for each other. Sandy is a 49er fan, like their father, and even though Danny was a Cowboy's fan he never spoke poorly about the 49ers, oftentimes he would compliment them.  His relationship with his sister Paula was a kind one. Danny loved his sister Paula and  always made sure to check in on her. He made sure she knew he cared. His kind spirit is already missed by so many. 

Celebration of life services will be held at East Lawn Mortuary,  at 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA 95841, on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 11:00am. Please join us in the outdoor gazebo where refreshments will be served.
