It is with great sadness that our beloved mother Cheryl Arleen Carter, of Lincoln, California, passed away peacefully with family by her side, at the age of 79 on February 9, 2025.
Cheryl was born on April 27, 1945, to Roy and Dorothy Hall. Cheryl graduated from Sacramento Vocational school and went on to become a Court Reporter at the Sacramento CourtHouse. Her deep unconditional affection and instinctive and all-consuming motherly love for her 3 daughters was always her greatest accomplishment and she often said it was the best thing she had ever done, and her legacy of love will continue with her growing family.

Grandchildren: Brandon and Dillon Bewley, Kayla Bewley Vizcarra, Courtney Blackwood Bodrie, Presley Blackwood, Carter Blackwood, Thomas, Timothy, Travis Salami, Skie and Sadea Marquez and 7 Great-grandchildren.
