Brandon Reed Gerlitz

Brandon Reed Gerlitz 

March 27, 1979 - October 3, 2024

Brandon passed away at Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento, California.

Brandon was born in Stockton California. He grew up from a young age on his parents ranch in San Andreas, California. A graduate of Calaveras high school. He worked as a heavy equipment operator. 

He loved living the rural life. He lived a full life in his short 45 years. His two sons were his world. He loved being a dad. Brandon was an incredibly caring and loving young man. He touched the lives of so many. His spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. We will for-ever keep his love and memories in our hearts.

He is survived by his two sons; Vance Gerlitz and Ace Gerlitz, mother Patricia West, father Gaylord Gerlitz, sister Stephanie Gerlitz, nephew Ethan Hickman, niece Carly Hickman, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many life long great friends. Preceeded him, his grandparents;Gerald and Virginia West; Asoph and Bonnie Gerlitz.
