Benedicto Cruz Duldulao

Born July 17, 1933, in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines and passed away in Galt, California on January 14, 2026, at the age of 92. Benedicto was the oldest child of five ofSimon and Calixta Duldulao of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. He leaves behind his son Lester F. Duldulao with wife Filipinas Valdez Duldulao, grandchildren Leslie V. Duldulao andFrances D. Dizon and husband David Dizon along with great granddaughter, Lara. Raised in the Philippines and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Northern Luzon Teacher’s College, Ilocos Norte Normal School, now part of MMSU in Laoag City. Benedicto was a teacher and Principal at Tabug Elementary School in Ilocos Norte until he immigrated to the United States with his wife, Feliza Franco Duldulao and son in 1971 to start a new life. Benedicto needed to provide for his family in a new unfamiliar environment so, he found and experienced seasonal jobs until he secured the position as a Facilities Supervisor in a Convalescent Hospital. When He and his wife retired, they enjoyed visiting families they haven’t seen for some time. Benedicto loved to work in his vegetable garden and made sure the plant beds were ready for planting whenever the time arrived. Benedicto was well loved by his many students, colleagues, nephews and nieces along with his friends; he will be missed. Friends and family are welcome to attend a visitation on Friday, February 20 from 5-8:00 pm at East Lawn Elk Grove Memorial Park Chapel, 9189 E. Stockton Blvd. Elk Grove California and Funeral Service on Saturday, February 21 at 10 am St Joseph Parish, 9961 Elk Grove Florin Rd., Elk Grove, California.
