Anthony Ouellette

April 26, 1969 — January 22, 2026

Anthony “Tony” Ouellette, 56, peacefully left us on January 22, 2026, in Sacramento, California, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was born on April 26, 1969, in Burlingame, California, to his parents, Steve and Judy Ouellette. In 1979, he moved to the Sacramento area, where he would spend the rest of his life.

Tony graduated from Elk Grove High School in 1988 and cherished memories of playing football, participating in track, and driving around town with friends in his red Chevy. In 1994, he welcomed his son, Bronson, into the world, and in 1997, his daughter, Alexis, joined the family.

Tony spent much of his working career in the water engineering industry, a role that allowed him to travel throughout California while helping support the state’s infrastructure. He also proudly served as a state correctional officer for several years.

In 2023, Tony married Lisa Silva in Pismo Beach. Together, they enjoyed spending time with family and grandchildren, traveling, and sharing laughter. They were best friends in every sense of the word.

Tony loved watching and attending NASCAR races, talking 49ers football with his son, water skiing with his parents in Clearlake, and racing anything with an engine. He was deeply passionate about the people he loved and was known as a gentle man with a big heart.

Tony is survived by his wife, Lisa; his parents, Steve and Judy; his son, Bronson; his daughter, Alexis; his sister, Dawn; his stepdaughters, Justine and Paige; his stepson, Grant; his grandsons, Jace, Wyatt, Roy; and granddaughter Alice.

A celebration of Tony’s life will be held on February 21 at 2:00 p.m. at 11176 Ed Rau Road, Elk Grove, California 95757.

He will be deeply missed, and his memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
