Anita Benjamin

Anita Benjamin peacefully passed away with family by her side on October 22, 2021 – just prior to her 89th birthday – celebrated every year on Halloween. If you had ever met Anita, it would likely not take long for her to embrace you with her warmth, and let you know that she loves you. While some might have found her quick expression of love a bit odd, she never did – because her wish was to help make the world feel more loved – and many say she regularly succeeded at that.
Since 1977, Anita has survived the tragic loss of her beloved daughter Patricia. She is also preceded in death by her husband Chuck, parents Frank and Lucille LaBella, and brothers Frank and Robert LaBella. She is survived by her brother Ron LaBella, sister Linda (Eric) Pohl, sons Gary (Michelle) and Craig (Laina), grandchildren Brooke, Brett, Alyce and Devyn, and great grandson Bodhi.
Memorial Service to be held at 11 am on Wednesday November 3rd at East Lawn Chapel in East Sacramento.
