Alan "AJ" Mulvey

Allan "AJ" Mulvey of Sacramento , California passed away on October 18th 2025 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was known for his larger- than- life personality and could light up any room he walked into. He was born in Chicago in 1942. He enlisted in the US Air Force, serving 4 years with an honorable discharge. After his discharge he resided in California and began his career with PAC TEL which later became ATT. He retired after 29 years and continued as a consultant for them. He is survived by his ex-wife Jan Van Dam, two children, Catherine Nicolella and Micheal Mulvey, two granddaughters, Gabriel and Tess Nicolella, and five great-grandchildren. He also has several nieces and nephews.

He requested no memorial service. He will be remembered and sorely missed.
